CERTIFICATES - UNIBOLT A/S
Unibolt A/S has the following certificates for the manufacturing of coldformed parts and fasteners:
Bureau Veritas certificate for the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
The most important quality parameter for Unibolt A/S is to delivery parts of high and uniform quality.
Our customers have to be able to trust, that no defective parts leave our plant. In order to help us to ensure this, Unibolt A/S is certified according to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. SPC and FEMA is an integrated part of our work process. We have also ensured full tracebility in our production through process.
In addition we have implemented the LEAN principles in our production, which includes both 5S and Poke Yoke (=0 errors and running improvement). All products that leave our factory have also been through our inspection, and no parts will be approved for sale befor approval from the final inspection.
All of this is to ensure that our products and our factory will meet our own high demandes that our parts must be world-class. We think that this servs our customers best!
